Roughly five minute before they are needed on set, I let them know to get changed so they are ready when they are needed on set. Once they are called to set I let transportation know and they come by and pick us up and bring us to set. When we arrive on set I act almost as an "adult babysitter" and make sure they are comfortable and close by when they are called for. When they are wrapped on set and finished for the day, I go back to basecamp with them, they change back into their clothes, get their makeup taken off, and they sign out with me and go back to their house or hotel.
