Dayan fue una de mis alumnas en el Bootcamp de Web Development en Ironhack Madrid, mostrando un abanico de aptitudes y actitudes realmente difíciles de encontrar. Tuve la suerte de poder retener su talento entre nosotros como parte de mi equipo de Junior Instructors, donde el papel que está desempeñado es incluso más brillante que el demostrado como alumna. Impecable a nivel técnico, reflexiva, autoexigente y pulcra en lo metodológico. Dayan es sin duda un modelo a seguir tanto para alumnos como para equipos. A esto se suma la actitud dialogante y cálida que siempre muestra hacia los demás, con una especial capacitación para la resolución de conflictos y la comunicación. Esta proactividad, unida a su capacidad de liderazgo, han dado lugar a posicionarse como una de las primeras TA Managers de nuestra institución. Asume la gestión de unos equipos sanos y dinámicos donde no queda un detalle sin cubrir. Puedo decir que delegar en Dayan es una garantía y una tranquilidad. En definitiva, no me cansaré de recomendarte, y todo sea dicho, felicitar a la empresa que en un futuro capte tu talento y tu atención, Dayan. El impacto positivo está asegurado.
