  Inspecting all printed circuit boards to fine details for joint defects or manufacture defects using Quince technology, and microscope software with as much as 30 times magnification. Checking machines are using the correct parts before soldering process is started . Checking the first off PCB built by machine is spot on before giving a green light to manufacture all the PCB as per the order.Checking the first off electronic board for the correct use and layout of electronic surface mount and conventional parts using the company diagrams and bill of materials (bom) provided. Any defect is corrected before the full production starts.Using the X-Ray machine to check the BGA integrated circuits for joint quality.Other Roles include installing specific software on the CPU/FLASH and then testing the electronic boards for various functions. If any function fails, the fault is diagnosed using the schematic diagrams, multimetre and oscilloscope.
