  Currently working on Alcatel MXBSC 9130, Trascoder9125, MFS9130, 3G RNC.Responsible for on-site survey .installation, commissioning, configuration and Testing of GSM/2G/3G and 4G Network Alcatel-lucent Equipment’s.Commissioning and configuration of eNodeB Alcatel lucent 9400 (LTE).complete knowledge about 3G RNC.knowledge about Alcatel MX BSC,Transcoder and MFS. Participate in swapping of NSN, Huawei equipment to Alcatel Lucent Equipment. Monitoring the Installation of new 2G, 3G Sites. Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Alcatel Lucent MPR 9500 Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Alcatel Lucent 2G BTS. Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Alcatel Lucent 3G Node B. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Alcatel Lucent LTE ( 4G) Integration, traffic shifting etc. E1 loop-break testing, TRX Loop testing & Alarm Termination Monitoring of Sites in case of OMC Link down. BSS operations & maintenance, Handling 1 BSC and 76 BTS sites in my cluster Monitoring the alarms that are reported, restoring down Sites, to remove Service Affecting Alarms of BSS & MW, Traffic Shifting Performing Activities like BSC Cutovers, Sites Migrations. Keep track regarding execution of modification and upgrade microwave links completion. • Update links topology after any change. • Outage reporting & escalation Solve the Problem such channel failure by changing Tran-receiver system. Conducting Acceptance Tests for new sites & links in the network.  Responsibilities include managing monthly PM to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining complete record of Preventive Maintenance, Problematic Issues, Spares and Outages. Guide new engineers and technicians for better support in network.. Preparing technical document for O&M. Preparing reports and Timely reporting management about issues which can affect the service along with suggestions and solutions. ,. Maintaining sufficient stock of Hardware Spares available all the times for any Emergency needs
