It’s rare to come across a noble employee like Dawn. I have had the pleasure of working with her for over six years, both as peers and most recently, she reported directly to me. Dawn relocated from Arizona to South Carolina and helped build our design team in Fort Mill where she was quickly promoted to Senior Production Designer. Dawn’s ability to manage multiple projects while leading by example had a positive impact on our team. She continues to be a trusted veteran: supporting our team in day-to-day operations, handling high maintenance clients with diligence and grace, and making choices for the benefit of our team, even if at the expense of her personal preference. Dawn has been an instrumental part of our department's growth. She was one of the first designers to join the team when we opened our office in Arizona and she moved to South Carolina to help start our presence in the Fort Mill location. Dawn's talent and skill as a designer has been evident since Day 1, and over the years she has contributed in countless ways to the growth and success of our department. She currently works with VIP clients on complex orders and custom products that require an additional level of skill and attention to detail, as well as providing a high-end customer experience. Dawn is a dedicated team member and contributes to the friendly and creative atmosphere on our team. She is a kind and caring coworker and has mentored several of her colleagues over the years. I am confident that Dawn's talent and work ethic would be an asset to any creative organization!
