As a member of the Client Services team, I was responsible for providing escalated technical support on the Intergage CMS to retained and subscription paying clients. Responsibilities also included delivering group training sessions on the Intergage CMS, Email Marketing and Introductory Training for Web/Search Marketing, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools (now Search Console). I was responsible for the training schedule; ensuring that the sessions not run by myself had a host, for publishing the dates and booking attendees and ensuring these were paid for where necessary. I was also responsible for the account management of our subscription paying clients which would include discussing their website and marketing needs and spotting sales opportunities which either I would deal with or I would pass on to the relevant sales person. Writing support documents and creating CMS Help videos was also part of my role as was writing copy for the Intergage blog and client area of our website.I was responsible for the hire, development and training of two apprentices into my team to support me in my role and the Client Services team as a whole.
