I have attended a couple of training sessions with Dawn at Intergage. She is a very warm, patient and interesting person who makes a great trainer. Her happy nature always makes it a pleasure to speak with her about the CMS.

Dawn is brilliant to work with. She is always ultra professional and cheerful and it's a real pleasure to talk to or learn from her. I've attended several of Dawn's training sessions and I've lost count of the number of times I've called for advice on the Intergage CMS system. 99 times out of 100 Dawn has an answer for me but when she doesn't she is always extremely quick to find out and get back to me and always explains things well. I'd say that Dawn really is the PERFECT Training and Support Coordinator!
