Reports to Board of Directors and has operational management of the Club to include the implementation of Board policies and directives, assist President, officer and committees in performance of duties and responsibilities, provide timely reports to the Board and committees regarding operations and progress towards annual goals, responsible for the operations and management of the Rotary Club office and staff. Exercise creativity and vision to anticipate and identify changes, trends, issues and opportunities and bring to the attention of the Board. Assist with the creation and execution of the 5-year strategic plan. Be flexible to be able to adjust to from annual turnover of Board President and new management style each year. Facilitate the development of long and short term plans through the Board and implement these plans. Provide on-going analysis of the progress of these plans. Oversee all promotional activities, coordinating with Club members and committees. Collaborate with other organizations and develop a greater public image. Assist with budget preparation and monthly reporting. Prepare monthly Board Packet and reports. Maintain membership database, social media sites and web content. Plan and organize weekly luncheons and other special events for 100-400 members and guests, which include annual golf outing and New Year’s Eve Gala). Planning includes venue, menu, Speakers, agenda, presentation and slideshow development. Tracking and reporting of membership attendance. Conduct new member applications processing through approval and new member introduction. Preparation and dissemination of weekly newsletter both in digital format and printed. Provide staff support to non-profit arm of the Club, including, Board reports and liaison to Club. Administer two student programs. Completion of Rotary District 6290 and Rotary International reports to meet required deadlines. Show less
