Some additional areas of focus that I work with are neurodivergence, highly sensitive people (HSP), faith-based trauma, sexual assault, and ethical non-monogamy. I am a PCI® certified parent coach. My certification training, along with my experience raising teenagers, has given me the ability to support all parents, with a special interest in parents of children with autism. In my sessions, I incorporate mindfulness techniques, and bring compassion, openness, humor, and authenticity. I believe in the power of developing a trusting relationship and creating a warm, safe, non-judgmental environment to facilitate growth and increase self-awareness. A pilot program being implemented in Loudoun County Public Elementary Schools to teach children healthy coping skills at an early age, to inspire a contagious “movement” that instills a belief in the young minds of our community that anything is possible - if you believe it. This mindset creates a paradigm shifts that can impact a community, your state, our county, even the world. The premise is simple – believe you can do anything you set your mind to – big or small, and move in that direction.
