I worked with Dawn as a client several years ago. She is an amazing coach and a committed student to the science of performance. Dawn applied comprehensive testing to help me understand my opportunities for improvement, created a rational and reachable plan for me, and coached me effectively throughout. While she is clearly capable of coaching at an elite level, she is equally capable of meeting you where you are in your development. In my case she helped a former athlete repair old injuries and find renewed interest in sports and fitness. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to really improve their fitness and athletic ability.

I was lucky to have Dawn as my strength and conditioning coach throughout my four years at Colby College. Dawn's passion and dedication for her work is not only inspiring to me as a student-athlete but also as a person. Her extensive knowledge and style of coaching are both factors to her tremendous success. However, I believe what truly sets Dawn apart is the immeasurable time and attention she devotes to each athlete individually. She motivates and inspires effortlessly through her genuine passion for her work. Dawn’s contribution to Colby Athletics is beyond words, and Colby is extremely fortunate to have her leadership and experience within their coaching staff. I cannot thank Dawn enough for her dedication to me, my team, and Colby’s entire athletic department.
