  The Individaulised Service Engagement Lead is responsible for engaging with clients who have severe mental illness and may be eligible for an NDIS package . To guide the person and their support network and assist the person to apply for and obtain an NDIS plan. The process will also include identification of Carers and family supports that may be incorporated into the plan and referral to suitable HelpingMinds support programs and services.The Individualised Services Engagement Lead is also responsible for leading and mentoring the NPS (National Psychosocial Support) team and clientele through this transition period. The role involves liaising closely with the Individualised Services Leads and Intake teams to ensure smooth referral processes are in place to allow eligible clients to access NDIS support packages.
