  Over 20 years of experience in the Prescription Benefit Management and Health Insurance Industries. Joining EHIM in 1996, I worked in various areas of the company including, pharmacy management, sales, client services, and third party administration. Currently, as the Director of Agency Administration I am responsible for research and education on the health insurance industries ever-changing rules and regulations, review and consulting of health insurance packages, contracting, licensing and compliance for over 500 Agents/Agencies, and management of the operation of COBRA administration and compliance. Prior to joining EHIM, I worked for Perry Drugs Stores, Inc. where I served as Supervisor of Third Party Claims Processing. Duties included the overall management of the daily operations of a $20 million accounts receivable for over 160 Third Party prescription drug vendors and the management and training of a large staff. I am a licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent, Certified Health Care Reform Specialist, and active member with MBPA, SBAM, HCI and NAPW. I regularly attend panel discussions and education seminars regarding the health insurance industry throughout the Metro Detroit area. Show less
