Dawn and I serve as fellow managers on the management team at CVI. I have great respect for her human resources capability, as well as her finely honed people skills. In my opinion, one of the biggest challenges for a HR professional occurs when they have to mediate conflict. Dawn shines in this capacity as she acts in a well thought out manner way that is compassionate, ethical, and legal. Her mediations often result in

I had the pleasure of working with Dawn for over 3 years. During this time Dawn was part of a management team that significantly improved results and executed several employee relation inititiatives. Specifically, overall communications, team-work, performance management and employee engagement were among key programs that were developed and managed under Dawns HR leadership. Her willingness to go above and beyond and engage her peer group in a more particapative and colaborative enviornment were fundamental in her success. The positive attitude displayed and her keen understanding of business needs are and have been her key strengths in developing focused programs based on the setting she is in. I would highly recommend Dawn for a senior HR leadership role .
