I had the privilege of working with Dawn while she was at Boden. She came to us at Splashlight with the ambition to drastically elevate the level of quality of Boden's e-commerce and creatively introduce video to the mix, while lowering budget. She has the sharpest mind, the solutions we found together were completely unique and innovative. We not only accomplished the mission, we actually did so well that the content we created ended up also being used for digital marketing campaigns. And then she found the way to get her team trained to be able to do it in-house and save even more. She has probably the highest expectations of any client I have ever had, for quality as well as for efficiency. She clearly aims for excellence, with no excuses and no compromises. Contracted (FTC, part-time/flexible) from August 2023 until the New Year as part of a Community Outreach Project. The aim of the project; engage directly with local groups in Camden, Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea building partnerships, reach struggling (and often marginalised) families, with young children aged 0-5 and provide support to families in giving children the best start possible. It’s an honour and an amazing personal challenge to have been given this opportunity to use my years production experience for a true force for good. Show less

PROJECT - HOUNSLOW RELOCATION Volunteering as Comms Project Manager for this amazing charity was a valuable and humbling experience. This temporary role was created after the charity found itself having to move operations at very short notice, from its hub in Watford to the Treaty Shopping Centre in Hounslow. The primary focus of the role was to create a structure for the launch comms. Working with the Network Partnerships Manager, Director of Operations, Comms and Volunteer teams, a succinct content plan and strategy was established, and regular status updates held throughout the project. Due to the incredibly short lead time, it was vital that messaging reached community, leaders, potential volunteers, referral partners and the wider community, relationships which are vital to the success of all Little Village Hubs in being able to help struggling families in the local area.
