I worked with Dawn at two companies for about 8 years. Dawn is tenacious with recruiting. She looks for a better way every day. She builds a relationship with candidates that can be very challenging with high volume and under an hour interviews. She 'sells' the benefits of the company, has an infectious positive energy with all she encounters. She builds solid relationships with the hiring managers and takes it as a personal challenge to have a solid fit with the hiring manager and candidate. Dawn is always available and she thinks out of the box for areas or situations that can be less effective due to the challenge of the market/area. I enjoyed working with Dawn and she would be a great asset for any organization.
