As a proposal coordinator at NV5, I support all phases of the qualifications and proposal process including response planning and development, content development and management, and quality control and delivery.It is my responsibility to create and maintain project descriptions, professional resumes, and other relevant documents up-to-date for use in proposals and qualifications. I work with the project team to issue compelling documents in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.Working with a project team, proposal and qualification schedules are prepared for document deadlines to ensure we meet client expectations. I began working at the bowling center part-time on Saturdays. I worked extensively with the junior bowling league and the Minneapolis Blind Bowling League providing instructions to both. I advanced to become a marketer for the center. My responsibilities included mass mailings, networking with current customers to encourage them to become more involved in bowling, setting up tournaments working with local bowling officials, creating opportunities for customers to participate.
