I was fortunate to attend a class Dawn gave on iphones. While Ihave been using my phone for many years, I know people do things differently so signed up. Dawn exceeded my expectations. A small groups of about 6 were handled with ease. Each of us cane with different products and different skill level. Dawn's knowldege is amazing and transferring it to all us of was fantastic. The class was thorough for all levels and quite interesting. I highly recommend Dawn and look forward to future classes and seeing where else we can work together.

Hi Dawn, I wrote this recommendation to thank you for your assistance with my iPhone. I appreciate your approach to understanding my questions and sensible solutions to solving my concerns. I would encourage anyone who has questions or issues with the use of their devices to contact you.

Dawn is an expert when it comes to explaining how computers work to those of us that are computer illiterate. She makes working with your computer frustration free. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone that is ready to destroy their computer.
