  I am Currently Assistant Manager for Office Bluewater. I started with Office 18 years ago and have worked in over 6 stores and Managed South Molton Street Office for 3 years and One New Change in the City for 18 months. My journey started as a sales assistant at our Bromley store and quickly got promoted to supervisor at Bluewater. I trained for 6 months then got promoted to Assistant Manger of our Post mistress boutique in Monmouth Street Covent Garden. I learnt a lot in this roll dealing with all types of customers and Brands. In this role I was supporting the Manager in store and at our concession in Harvey Nichols. After two years i was asked to support in our office stores where I developed my assistant management skills before being promoted to store manager of South Molton. This is where my career really took off I built a strong team and built a fabulous store hitting target every month. After 3 years I decided to move on to One New Change in the city which was a completely different store and was a challenge at first but I over came that and worked hard to produce brilliant KPI’s and a brilliant team. After 18 months I took a career break to have a family in which I took a year off. After a year I returned to my local store which is Bluewater. I have been back at Bluewater since 2013 and have built my career up again by starting back only part time to now full time assistant manager. I am looking to develop and further my career on my journey again to a retail manager. Show less
