  arrive at 6:30am set up cash register & count "bank" for breakfast service that starts at 7:15am, set up steam tables, have food displayed properly, take temps., serve & ring up 5,000 students daily. when done serving break down line, sanitize tables, take food counts, & count cash drawer. Right after start setting up for lunch which starts at 9:45am. Get lunch items properly displayed, take temps., make sure tables & counters are clean and sanitized. Take orders, serve, and cash out. At the end of the last lunch period at 1:30pm i take food counts, take last temps., clean and sanitizes all counters, tables and "slides", close out cash register and send reports to end the day.
