I have known Dawn for over 5 years now and I have no hesitation in providing her with this recommendation. Dawn is a fantastic detail orientated Business Analyst, providing clear and accurate information, maps and documentation. She is not frightened to roll her sleeves up and really get into the subject she is researching; this allows her to provide excellent feedback and make informed challenges when required. She's a first class team-player as well as a self starter. I certainly hope I get the opportunity to work with Dawn again in the future.

Dawn was working as a Business Analyst when I joined BrightHouse and as we reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of the BAs, she stood out from the rest for her understanding of the business itself, adding to that excellent inherent analytical skills, an attention to detail and an ability to never lose sight of the bigger picture. She was always willing to learn, formalising her Business Analysis methodology while at BrightHouse, and also recognised where she needed to work on her skills in order to become more effective. One key example of this was in her presentation skills and while it is still not her favourite activity, she has developed the confidence and poise to put across her message clearly and with passion. I really enjoyed working with Dawn and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing to rely on someone to do a top quality job while also developing the team around them.
