Initially stated here as a trainee cnc Turner. Progressively worked up to setting and program the machine I'm working on (fanuc based). Regularly working to tied up tolerances (sub 50 microns) and sometimes even less. Working with a variety of materials including aluminium, steel (mild, stainless and hardened), tungsten, copper, brass and molybdenum. Initially stated here as a trainee cnc Turner. I was working with the Datron M8. Learning how to program and implementing processes. The Darton is a new venture for shearline utilising high speed routing. As such learning to run the machine to its full capabilities was an interesting time. I was working with the Datron M8. Learning how to program and implementing processes.
