Dawid was my team leader for over half a year at Makeitright and I have to say that he impressed me not only with his technical abilities but also with management and communications skills. He had a simple goal - to make people feel that they are not only co-workers, but also friends, and that goal was achieved in 100% - atmosphere in the team was extremely friendly and pleasant. Apart from his soft skills, Dawid has also strong technical background - he does an amazing job with maintaining infrastructure, programming, or designing CI/CD workflow.
