I worked with Dave for over 2 years at Marco Polo. Dave was a delight to work with and I would jump at the chance to work with him again. He is deeply technical and the breadth & depth of his understanding of Marco Polo's architecture and code base was impressive. Nobody understand more about Marco Polo's technology than he does. Because of his knowledge and approachable nature he was always in high demand across the team as a sounding board and second set of eyes. Dave can take complicated technical concepts and designs and explain them in layman's terms. He is a great communicator, team player, and leader. His leadership style is to work in the background, make those around him shine, and give others the credit when things succeed.
