David is highly adaptive to change and is a change driver within his company. During the project he was heavily engaged in defining the functional requirements of the new system, writing test cases, overseeing user acceptance testing by his team, and overseeing a successful roll-out. At all stages of the project he was particularly focused on making sure his team was well-trained and felt confident and comfortable with the new software and associated business processes. Working to coordinate and collectively upgrade the program across multiple Courses, I am excited to continue working directly with teams of both youth and adults. I continue to serve on the Training Committee and with my Troop Committee.
