I have had the pleasure of knowing David for more years than we both would rather admit. All of that time both personally and professionally he is always a straight-shooting, knowledgeable resource with an upbeat personality that is contagious. I purchased an investment property with him during the dark days after the real estate bust in 2007-8 and we both remark on how well it has done. Since then I have used his network of professionals to do various activities related to that same investment property. David, I want to thank for your service and friendship for all of these years.

David Welch was the first Realtor to assist me when I started in real estate in 2004. I would not still be in the business ,if not for David. He was always there to advise and set me straight with the right things to do. No matter who would suggest something to me David's words carried all the weight. David was moral, like very few agents I have worked with. So beyond the moral Realtor you could not find an agent that knew more about statistics. We called him Stat Man for a reason. Nobody was as up to day with the real estate statistic and reports like David. I enjoyed my time under David's wing and look forward to being on the other side of the table on a transaction with David in the future.
