I joined Realise when it was a business of thirty people in Edinburgh, Scotland. When I left I was the Creative Director for the London offices and supported the company through acquisition by the St. Ives group in 2014. Day to day, my role was to take responsibility for setting the creative vision and ensuring it was delivered. In all honesty, that meant doing whatever it took, from strategy to sales.
