David successfully delivered two big projects TCM and EQD. These projects were the game changers in the way we distribute empty cars. He has lead the projects from the beginning and worked from requirement gathering to delivering to the customers. He has a unique combination of analytical, social, and conceptual skills. He can see the big picture and manage its execution and lead people at the same time. He empowers his juniors/employees to achieve higher goals. He cares and understands people's needs well. He can take calculated risks in trying new things out. He was the first one in our company to try working with offshore team and trying to bring agile methodologies in to the company. He thinks thoroughly the problem and knows inside out of every situation. He is very easy to work with and asks and listens to the feedback. He will be a great addition to any company and having him in their team will prove that they made their best decision.

I have had the pleasure of working with David on a number of high value projects at Union Pacific where he provided very strong leadership and guidance for the entire team. David is definitely one of the rare IT Professionals that has a unique ability to develop a deep understanding of the business needs, processes, and desired outcomes of business-led initiatives. This insight allows him to very successfully lead diverse teams, building alignment between the business and IT roles to deliver great solutions that address the business needs. In addition to leading the teams effectively, his insight and understanding also helped us improve on our own business processes during the up-front scoping, leading to more customer friendly, cost effective final solutions.
