It is my pleasure to write this recommendation of David Pleasants. I’ve known Dave since 2002 when we were in graduate school together. I was very happy to hear when Dave became a Real Estate Associate in 2003 as I knew he is someone I could trust, and integrity is a quality I think we all value in Real Estate professionals. So it came as no surprise to me when Dave was voted "Most Ethical Realtor" by East Bay Express Readers in 2007. In 2010, the market conditions were very favorable for buyers and prices and interest rates were low, so I made the decision to buy my first home. When considering a realtor, I immediately thought of Dave, and he agreed to represent me as my buying agent in the transaction. Dave really hustled for me and kept me informed each step of the way, including presenting me with possible options of what I could do in a complicated and unusual escrow scenario. Dave is very intelligent, works hard and is very personable. I think the best compliment you can give a realtor is to give them your business again, and when I plan on selling my current place and buying another place, Dave will be my first choice once again.
