I was responsible for funding in excess of £20m of Construction Works against a Gross Development Value of £35m. These included a £3m revolving facility over 3 years for a £12m build of 55 units in Stirling, a £1.5m loan to build a block of 14 luxury apartments in a town located on the Cumbrian coastline, a £1m conversion of a former public house / accomodation block in rural Northumberland to 6 houses and a £500k renovation of a Georgian house to 5 luxury apartments in Harrogate.
