      At the Specialized concept store, I have been able to adapt my skills in a new atmosphere. Helping with strategizing a yearly plan, we were able to achieve our best year by a significant margin, all whilst maintaining the same head count in store. With an annual turnover of 3 million last year, we made sure we implemented a strong work ethic in face to face sales, telephone communication on all orders and online sales.
