I was recently a candidate for a role that David was working on. Throughout the process he kept me fully updated with regular updates on exactly where we up to. He provided me with as much information as he was able to and made sure I was fully prepared for every interview. At the end of the process I was offered the role but was also offered another role at the same time. In this situation I found David to be extremely professional and his main concern was that I chose the option that was best for me. He provided me with advice, was open and honest as to his own thoughts and provided tips on how to evaluate the roles on offer in order to reach a decision. I eventually opted for the other role and David fully respected my decision and wished me all the best. I can't recommend him highly enough and wouldn't hesistate to work with him again as either a candidate or an employer.

David was working to fill a GM role for a global flavour company. The role was so new, that a full role description was not yet compiled, however David described the requirements of the role perfectly and had a deep understanding of the clients needs. Two interviews with senior managers later and the role was mine. All within two weeks. It was a perfect match. David was pivotal in negotiating my remuneration package. A true professional with high integrity. I would not hesitate in recommending David for any recruitment needs that a client may have.

Full responsibility for the 3 following areas of the business:1) Internal Recruitment - attracting the best and most appropriate people to our business who we believe will add value to the services we offer to our clients and candidates.2) Onboarding and Induction - making sure that particularly during the first 6 months of employment (and certainly beyond that on a continued basis), I ensure that people enjoy working for the company, are clear about our proposition (internally and externally) and new starters are as informed as possible on everything relevant to them in their role. 3) Learning and Development - training for all existing employees who each have personalised plans, tailored specifically to their requirements, to enable them to progress upward within the business, as well as getting the most out of their existing roles.

Following graduation I spent a couple of years in various sales/logistics positions. I benefited from the experience gained within the Commercial (Internal and External Sales) and Supply Chain functions in different companies. This knowledge, particularly from the sales roles, gave me a good initial grounding for the career in recruitment I embarked upon.
