As a member of the Forces Branch at the Joint Warfighting Center (JWFC), served as the primary point of contact for model and simulation operations involving the Joint Live-Virtual-Constructive (JLVC) Federation. Planned, coordinated, and executed simulation support in exercises involving joint/coalition forces as a means of preparing them for contingency operations worldwide. Managed simulation rules and workarounds and their implementation during computer-assisted exercises, as well as mediated issues among various supporting response cells in order to reach agreed-upon solutions that met exercise training objectives. Reviewed and recommended process changes in order to better use models and simulations in support of joint training exercises through innovations to testing methods or improved coordination measures.

Provided model and simulation expertise to the Joint Warfighting Center (JWFC) in support of the Joint Training Program. Researched opposing forces tactics, techniques and procedures, developed supporting operational level employment documents, and controlled opposing and situational forces in computer assisted joint training exercises. Prepared and conducted simulation event tests in support of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) process. Developed and maintained proficiency as a ground warfighting simulation operator and opposing forces response cell manager. Developed and administered operator training for ground warfighting simulations, to include Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS) and Joint Theater Level Simulation (JTLS). Traveled around the world, as required, to provide Joint Warfighting Center support to Combatant Command computer assisted exercises.

Maintained over 90% vehicle operational readiness rate.

Officer in charge of a tactical line-of-sight communications platoon responsible for providing communications to the 3rd Infantry Division Tactical Operations Center (TOC). Led 54 soldiers and managed 27 vehicles, 17 communications assemblages, and 14 generator sets worth in excess of $13 million.
