As a first-year law student, David was involved in the Vis Moot Court program at Case Western Reserve University. David and I were responsible for drafting the procedural components in the memoranda. It is important to note that when the memoranda writing began in October 2012, David had just begun law school two months earlier. With that in mind, David illustrated a level of confidence and structure in his writing not indicative of a first-year, first-semester law student, but of a seasoned attorney. In summary, I recommend David without reservation. Based on his educational background and work experience, I am very confident that he will exceed expectations. It has been a great joy for me to witness his tremendous development over the past eight months.
