These factors require fundamental changes in thinking and approach to our ways of working to: - transform the client customer experience to promote achievement of outcomes; - greater investment in our people through a learning culture to support them in their client relationships; - respond to the competitive pricing and market pressures, particular on administrative overheads; and embrace technological innovation to enable new models of care and uplift customers’ experience.
