  Designed and implemented HR application projects critical to on-boarding procedures, processes, and benefits administration. Employment Verification Group E-I9 project used by ADP clients to process employment applications and verify worker eligibility via an API to Department of Homeland Security E-I9 system. Data entry by the job applicant followed by documentation verification and capture by the employer ensured full compliance with federal regulations and protected client from legal exposure. Worked on a collaborative team of Sr. Software Engineers to support legacy system and architect and implement a complete revamp of the front end. Additionally, I worked as an individual contributor to reengineer the software deployment process and develop a new import mechanism for client legacy data. Data was combined with information from service providers to enable employee self-service access via a website and a 24x7 call center. Implemented process automation of client and vendor data transfers, reports generation, data processing, database backup and optimization. Work included expanding the job scheduling system from Workscape (below) to handle over 20K daily jobs on multiple different platforms, in time zones through the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
