BounceBack are workplace training providers dedicated to improving the mental health and personal wellbeing of managers and employees across the UK. In my role as Copywriter I was responsible for planning, researching, writing and proofreading eLearning courses created by BounceBack to be purchased by organisations and taken by their workforce. The eLearning courses I have created include: - Developing Resilience - How to Cope with Stress - Building Resilience at Work - Workplace Wellbeing for individuals - Workplace Wellbeing and Awareness for managers - Emotional Intelligence Each of the courses requires often complex information of a scientific nature to be communicated in a way that a wider audience can understand and then apply to their daily lives. The course material aimed at managers explains the policies and procedures they should follow to ensure the wellbeing of their staff. This is more human resources-related, but is still explained in an easy-to-follow format backed up with facts and the relevant industry guidelines. These include: - Effective workplace communication - Flexible/agile working - Practicing Emotional Intelligence - How to gain Employee Engagement - Legal issues often associated with workplace mental health I was also responsible for all marketing material to support the eLearning courses, and the tutor-led courses BounceBack offer too (Mental Health First Aid and Emotional Intelligence training for managers). This included: - The company website - Blog posts and articles - Promotional flyers - White papers - Email marketing campaigns via MailChimp - Paid social media advertising - All social media activity via Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter - YouTube video scripts Show less

I also wrote all marketing material to promote the business, including: - The company website - Blog posts and articles - White papers - Marketing emails via MailChimp - All social media activity via Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter - Company newsletters Show less
