I am a Partner at Stewarts. Prior to deploying my expertise in the field of international sanctions at Kleinwort Hambros, I worked for several years in the Financial Crime team at Eversheds Sutherland. I successfully advise on matters concerning domestic and global investigations by the FCA, SFO, HMRC, NCA, CPS and the DOJ in the USA. My expertise includes conducting internal investigations across a wide variety of sectors and advising and dealing with, corruption, bribery and money laundering risks and issues. I bring expertise in international sanctions at a level usually found only within financial institutions, advising individuals, banks and corporates regarding their obligations in doing business around the world where there may be a possible sanctions exposure. I am a certified sanctions and AML specialist, having undertaken the ACAMS Sanctions Specialist Course and then ICA Diploma in AML. Show less
