Dave worked as a tester on a team that built and supported large projects on a workforce management system for a Tier 1 Telecommunications Carrier and Mobile Service Provider. His hard-work and dedication as well as his attention to details and thoroughness have all helped ensure high-quality deliverables to the customer. He is strong technically and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Dave would be a great addition to any team.

While working for me at Ericsson (formerly Telcordia Technologies), David was the lead tester for a number of feature enhancements to the workforce management system. David consistently focused on quality and paid attention to the details, two key attributes of a great tester. David’s strong technical and analytical skills, combined with his superb work ethic, would make him an excellent addition to any software testing team.

DEV/QA Tester for iconectiv's Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC) project. I tested: ELEP (Enhanced Law Enforcement Platform), a subscription-based online service that allows you to gather information on telephone numbers. Testing involved sending in data to mimic real messages; IVR (Interactive Voice Response), a free, telephone-based service that allows the user to gather information on the service provider of record for telephone numbers; WDNC (Wireless Do Not Call), provides businesses with information when a telephone number changes between wireline and wireless, which is necessary for compliance with TCPA autodialing and pre-recorded messaging regulations; and Reports (using Jaspersoft report tool). In June of 2018, iconectiv officially became the Local Number Portability Administrator (LNPA) for North America. Show less
