David is one of the good guys. As a 20+ year nonprofit executive, I have had the opportunity to work closely with Fortune 500 execs at dozens of companies and David stands out as one of the most sincere, dedicated, loyal, and ethical leaders I have encountered. His approach to creative work and collaboration is second to none with a clear belief that at the bottom line -- profits AND people matter. I had the chance to work with David to steer the rebrand of the House of Blues Music Forward Foundation. He helped navigate the murky waters between honoring the history of the brand and launching a new identity that would carry it into its next iteration. David is a connector and his networking skills, coupled with his warm personality, help ensure genuine, fruitful relationships and solid win-win deals. I also had the chance to work with many of David's team members ranging from social media to creative design and his direct reports always thrived under his leadership and mentoring.
