Worked with Dave for almost 2 years he was very good manager the short time I was working with him. He always payed attention to details and made sure we did too. Very hard worker and was always at work and showed up when you needed him to be there or stay when you needed him too also. I would recommend him to manage another job with no problem.

Directly managed all department operations in a $22 Million 3PL parts inventory DC for International Truck and Engine (Navistar) supporting the Melrose Park Engine Assembly Plant. Hourly JIT loads to the Melrose Park Assembly Plant and daily cross-docks to Navistar's Indy and Huntsville Truck Body Plants. Managed 5 local drivers/spotters in addition to the warehouse team. Worked with the companies owner on process improvements: Putting the facility on dedicated location, inventory control/cycle counting, trained and developed employees, organized and set up the return goods area, which was a quarter of our facility and daily IB/OB flow.
