Reforge offers selective growth-focused programs for experienced professionals in marketing, product, data, and engineering. All programs are led by actual growth practitioners Brian Balfour (formerly VP of Growth @ HubSpot) and Andrew Chen (Growth @ Uber) and features top growth leaders from companies including Google, Dropbox, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Atlassian, Slack and others. • Designed and launched a custom online education platform with UX emphasis on course completion and participant connection. My roadmap relentlessly focused on engagement metrics, optimizing for course completion, retention, and network growth. • Led deep customer research to identify the needs and motivations of our target persona. This research led our product development strategy and was refreshed quarterly. • Built out an analytics system that tracked all participant and visitor engagement from online activity to in person event attendance. We used this data heavily to run correlation regressions on successful participant outcomes with the program. • Built a custom email product that allowed our marketing team to automatically distribute a segmented weekly email. • Conducted A/B tests across products to increase key metrics. This included email communications, application/signup flows, and the marketing website. Show less
