I have direct oversight of financial reporting, budget development and implementation, risk management, payroll, accounts payable, and grants/contracts invoicing and collections, and manage a group of 12 staff members. I also provide executive oversight and supervision of a rapidly growing social enterprise providing tenant enrichment and support services to affordable housing complexes and property tax abatement services. I led our project team during the pre-construction phase of a 40-unit service-enriched apartment complex using multiple funding sources, including 9% LIHTC funding, State Housing Trust Funds, and HOME funds provided through the City of Bellingham.
