  I contributed in designing the 2030 Energy Strategy Plan for the City of Villa Alemana, approved and published later by the Ministry of Energy of the Government of Chile.Being the main analyst of the project, I conducted interviews with the local communities to be aware of the critical issues they were facing; collected energy-related data from public institutions; made professional presentations within meetings with the local administration to share project proposals; made a quantitative estimation of the renewable energy potential at city-scale (Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Wind, Biomass and Energy Efficiency); created a database containing the renewable potential of every rooftop based on geospatial analysis and PV modelling.I also contributed to designing solar PV power plants (using PV*SOL, PVsyst and RETScreen); developed detailed energy diagnosis at city-scale and performed a financial and economic analysis.
