Responsible for all operations including: staffing, scheduling, accounts receivable, accounts payable, marketing, digital and print advertising. Accountable for 14 full time staff. Resurrected tarnished reputation of brand (previous owner) by raising food and service standards and implementing quality control measures. Led staff to facilitate their eventual internal managerial independence. Founder of ‘Spy Bar’ the first Wine Bar in the province of Chieti, Italy; currently there are dozens inspired by the original; a ‘mini business’ inside the hotel, capacity 300.
