      As PaaS System Manager I have many responsibilities in leading the four Teams I manage. The structure I lead is based on two departments, each with specific tasks and goals: - Project Team, with the main objective to deliver projects such as onboarding of new customers or to implement of new technologies on existing customers. - Service Team, with the main objective to manage customers platforms and technologies in Managed Service mode, guaranteeing these functionalities 24/7. Other goals I have can be summarized as: - Supervision and coordinating the performance of the Team; - Monitor and control the growth of DataCenters we manage, continuously predicting their expansion and adopting consolidation and optimization techniques to contain costs and maximize performance; - Develop and coordinate policies, procedures and productivity standards; - Discover and test new tools to improve day by day Team work; - Accomplish department objectives by managing staff; - Strategic planning and monitoring to achieve the Team expectations; - Maintain the staff team by recruiting, orienting, and training employees with field experience; - Identify new technologies and design new solutions, helping Sales and PreSales Team to extend our portfolio with new Managed Services; - Allocate budget for the whole structure on various themes (Infrastructure, Team training, salary increases); - Collaborate with other departments for shared common goals.
