  Development and innovation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) hardware electronics for application on ETCR, Extreme-E, Lotus Evija, high-performance EVs, and industrial vehicles. Entirely responsible for development cycle of Cell Monitoring electronics: circuit and PCB design, testing, embedded programming of communications protocol interface equipment, and C drivers for main BMS controller. Working alongside integration, mechanical and battery systems engineers to develop HV Vehicle sub-systems, from design specification to in-vehicle testing.Involvement in R&D of novel lightweight multi-chem battery packs, with focus on performance, safety and manufacturability.
