  Project manage and provide specialist transport inputs for development projects, mainly for private sector clients. I head up the Cardiff and Bristol transport team although support projects throughout the UK as part of the national Transportation department.Transport inputs to development planning projects include the production of Transport Assessments/Statements and Travel Plans, masterplan advice, mitigation and design advice, liaison with highway officers, consultation support / stakeholder engagement, operational assessment and analysis of junctions, public transport assessments, audits of non-motorised users and public inquiry / appeal hearing support.   Supported the Northstowe new town Phase 2 application in Cambridgeshire undertaking stakeholder consultation, masterplan input and producing the TA, TP and ES Chapter. Undertook detailed modelling, analysis and advice for town centre improvements in Pontarddulais and NW Bicester urban extension. Overseen TA’s and TP’s for development schemes in London, Cornwall, Portsmouth and Cumbria. Submitted eight TS’s and TP’s to support school expansions across Cornwall. This included pre and post application inputs, public consultations and liaison with key stakeholders and councillors. Produced ES Chapters for a number of wind farm, solar farm and residential sites. These included access route and abnormal load analysis. Review and audit transport report submissions for the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). Produced transport strategy progress reports for a regional transport consortium in Wales. Work for public and private sector clients including on Framework agreements for the HCA and Cornwall.
