      I lead a co-creation project with a children's hospital in Miami where we are looking at how, on top of jibo, we can improve the experience of both the children and their careguivers as well as the hospital staff, looking at the intersection between making things easier for everyone and much more efficient for the hospital.We are currently working on the use cases of Entertainment and Distraction, Q&A, Pain Assessment, Education and Discharge. Additionally, we are working on a bidirectional communication channel through a dashboard for patients and hospital staff in which, among other things, you can customize jibo, monitor what is happening in the rooms, or manage room-nurse communication by sending and receiving messages to/from the jibos in the rooms.

      Ideation, development and commercialization of products to increase efficiency and human capabilities.Implementing Design Thinking and Lean startup methodologies multiple ideas were worked on, which resulted in three lines of work that were brought to market:- BRAINR: Artificial intelligence product, it was capable of learning from what any user does on the computer so that he can delegate tasks to the machine. No programming or technical knowledge. The product was internationally validated in various countries (incomes from Japan, Italy, Chile and Spain, licenses requested from India, England and the United States and a large software provider interested on integrating BRAINR in their products).- SOCIAL ROBOTS: Solutions were commercialized on social robots such as Pepper or Jibo, however the cost of the Pepper platform and the closure of Jibo (B2C version) triggered the interruption of these work lines.- UBIMIND: Various products based on Artificial Intelligence, Neuroscience and Brain Computer Interface were developed. The main solition created was a mind controled wheelchair for people with ALS. Despite the impact generated by the initiative, it was not possible to drive due to the lack of intersection between the company's customers and the target customers.

We tested several technologies and validated ideas with customers, getting the Data Governance service and the BI as a Service product as main results.The Data Governance service was a success that, after its validation in several clients, was scaled up and was used in several countries generating millions of euros during the following years.The BI as a Service service, despite the initial interest and the fact that time has shown a multimillionaire potential, did not get traction because the Spanish and Latin market, where the company worked, was not mature to rely on bringing the data to Cloud.ROL 2 - Services associated with Microsoft technologiesCreation of services and commercial strategy in Microsoft technologies as well as strengthening the partnership and training of experts in Microsoft technologies.I was focused on the monetization of services and knowledge created highlighting two great successes:1.- Informational transformation of a telecommunications client to Microsoft self-service technologies, which allowed us to position this solution in the client integration with a large international operator, generating large revenues for everis in the following years.2.- Great Information systems transformation project to Microsoft technologies in a credit card company with offices in Spain and Ireland, which additionally granted us a internatiola prize from Microsoft as one of the best integrators partners.
