David is een door de wol geverfde projectmanager, die de voor projectmanagement noodzakelijke helikopterview weet te combineren met een scherp oog voor detail. David heeft een systematiek waarmee hij prioriteiten stelt, hoofd- en bijzaken onderscheidt en grote lijnen uitzet terwijl hij daarnaast met zijn goede technische kennis ook in detail kan sturen op inhoud waar dat nodig is. Deze skills heeft hij ingezet voor het Storage & Compute project waardoor het project op een succesvolle is afgerond. Met name het leveranciers management heeft Waternet veel geld bespaard. Waternet heeft nu een omgeving beschikbaar die qua techniek, schaalbaarheid en capaciteit de komende de digitalisering naar een hoger plan kan brengen.

Als inkoper heb ik samen met David (als projectleider) voor Waternet de Europese aanbesteding voor Decentrale hardware, datacentrum oplossingen en managed dienstverlening (3 percelen) in de markt gezet. David is iemand met een brede interesse, heeft ervaring in verschillende vakgebieden, leergierig, enthousiast en bijt zich vast in een project. Hij gaat graag de uitdaging aan om van de gebaande paden af te wijken en heeft mij hierin als inkoper ook uitgedaagd. Regelmatig hebben we het thuisfront moeten laten weten dat het iets later werd omdat we allebei voor een 10 wilde gaan. Dit heeft geresulteerd in een mooie aanbesteding met een flinke kostenbesparing. Dank voor de prettige samenwerking.

      GGZ Riverdunes is the largest MENTAL HEALTH CARE organization in The Netherlands. There are five regional center where specialist care is provided.
