I've been working with David for over a year and his knowledge of Salesforce is always impressive. He is always figuring out solutions with best practice in mind while continuing to learn more about the Salesforce ecosystem. He's our go-to for everything Einstein Analytics, Sales Cloud, and Geopointe. Even with his many projects, he is always available to lend a hand and assist with any Salesforce issues that may arise within the business. I've enjoyed getting to know David and you cannot go wrong with him on your team. I highly recommend him for any future Salesforce projects and roles.

10 years ago, David regionally supported a massive enterprise business and had about 25 peers all responsible for traditional sales ops functions. Then we introduced Salesforce.com to more than 3,000 sellers and he got his chance to run toward the fire. David was at the forefront of support during the first 2+ years of deployment and quickly stood out to became the trusted leader and expert all things Salesforce.com. Since the "early years", David has continued to push the envelop in self development and mastery. As the Sr Lead Salesforce Business Analysts for Thryv, David is responsible for the sales stream processes as they are related to the use of Salesforce.com. His primary responsibilities include the design and development of complex Salesforce.com solutions that improve the sales processes around customer engagements, pipeline management, forecasting and Sales KPI analytics. With four certifications in Salesforce.com: Admin, Advanced Admin, App Developer and Sales Cloud Consultant, David leverages his experience and knowledge in Salesforce with his experience as a Sales Operations Manager to create effective solutions for sales that ensures their continued success. David is an expert in the setup and development of Geopointe for Salesforce that allows reps to manage their interactions with customers reducing time spent traveling to customers and increasing their ability to make more sales. From development of new objects in Salesforce to enhancing current processes, David has leveraged his abilities to improve sales processes and efficiencies to move Thryv forward.
