-Control a team consist of an assistant operator, finishers and Inspector to produce and finish rotomolding plastic to customer needs. -Runs and control the machine computer setup to the needs of oven temp and cooler air/water settings.-Huddle meeting beginning shift to talk about safety concern and improvement ideas. -Act as a leader of the team and a QA to approve and disapprove parts produce.-Maintain aluminum cast molds conditioning-Wielding metals to repair clamps and such.-Keeping close watch on plastic cure verification.-Do mold changes and keep all paper work updated on mold cards running that week.-Balance ferrys rotating arms with weights to get the correct wall thickness of plastics.
